【产品原文引用】Water samples were collected from all units to determine the activities of PAH-related degrading enzymes such as dioxygenase (DIO), 1-
hydroxy-2-naphthalene formaldehyde (salt) hydroxylase (1H2N), and
catechol-1,2-dioxygenase (C12O). The water samples were assayed
using a specific ELISA kit (Shanghai Huding Biotechnology Co., Ltd.,
Shanghai, China) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The
corresponding enzyme activities were determined using a microplate
reader (SpectraMax M2, Molecular Devices, USA) at 450 nm.
